My baby is almost 3 months old and chronically congested. She’s exclusively formula fed and I’ve been using the same one since day 1 so I don’t think it’s related to that.
Her room and my house is always warm bordering on hot. She spends 2 hours at the babysitter every day and I always go to check on her at least once. Room is warm enough.
She’s always well bundled up when we go out. I know that because sometimes when I take her out she’s slightly sweaty.
So I’m lost here.
Anyone can help me come up with the reason this is happening?

Have you tried saline spray with a nasal aspirator to clear her out?
Maybe a humidifier in the bedroom would help

I would still suspect the formula is the problem.

I clear her out every morning and usually she’s good to go for the day. It’s mostly at night

She could be allergic to the formula, dust, mold, anything. Being on the formula since day one doesn't mean she would have symptoms since day one- speaking from experience with allergies.

Would you say the dairy is the problem? How do I know which formula would work better?
