I have two options for hosting Friday night bar mitzvah seuda in a few weeks, both are centrally located to where out-of-town guests will be staying. We have one in-town relative who may be hosting as well. We live on opposite ends of the neighborhood 1 mile apart.
For my two options from my house to point A is 11 mins, point B is 13 mins
From her house to point A is 19 mins and point B is 11 minutes.
I have little kids, she does not.
point A is the same location as the day-seuda where as point B allows us 2 separate locations
Point B may be more spacious.
Should I be a good baal simcha and take the further option from me? Or keep the closer option?

Maybe I'm missing something--
I think you said the difference for you is only two minutes, right?
I would think it would be MUCH easier for you to have the same venue for both.
If you prefer B because it's more spacious, fine.
From my reading of your question, it's a difference of less than ten minutes for the other person, who has no young children.
