Anyone success with intermittent fasting? I cannot lose my baby weight for anything. Tried soany diets and cleanses !!!

I think it may be too early to start, but that's just me.
Can you try to go to a nutritionist to make sure you don't shortchange yourself?

I had success bh. After my baby I did calorie counting and lost some weight but I really saw results when I started intermittent fasting. U can watch videos on it from Eric berg and autumn bates on youtube

What are you eating? Intermittent fasting won't work if you're eating junk during your eating window.
Try eating only REAL food and see if that helps.
