If you purchased furniture from them, please list what type of furniture, how long have you had it, how is the quality, etc.

TIA

Got my bedroom furniture there- dresser, mirror and night table
We were very happy and still are. It's been about 2 years and everything is still in perfect condition. It's not in a kids room, so obviously there's minimal roughhousing, but we've used it daily and no issues BH.

We have/had

A couch that was supposed to be under warranty for cleaning, but when the guy came he said they only do spot cleaning and ours had “excessive abuse from children.” (It didn’t- it was normal spillage from children drinking on the couch when they’re not supposed to.) They offered us the ref turn the couch and they would give us half of its value. We fought and ended up getting a full refund which we used towards the purchase of a new couch, which we have now had for a few months.

A rocking chair, which we got 15 months ago. No issue with that.

Thanks everyone!
Anyone else?

Also, for those who purchased a warranty from them...did you have any issues if you ever had a problem with the furniture?

We had to use our warranty (nothing wrong with the furniture, someone broke it from misuse) and had no issues getting a replacement but we did have to pay a delivery fee.

All in all very happy with everything we have from them (couch and bedroom set)

Btw, check out their outlet! It's online and some locations in person (Brooklyn store has an outlet section)

It's like a suede I guess? Not really sure what to call it.
