Hey, anyone have any information about the kollel and community? Is it growing? And how is housing?

Norfolk is an amazing community! Wonderful people, lots of young families. The kollel is part of the community and does a lot of education and programming...
Most of the kollel families live in the same apartment complex, nice updated apartments- I think the rent is between $1700 and $2000, depending on size. I could be wrong about that though, so you should talk to someone who currently lives in those apartments. You could also rent a house in the main frum neighborhood for a little more.

Rent seems expensive…. Is buying a house expensive there? Do the kollel families stay or leave? Is it growing?
