Is honey healthier than sugar? I was always under the impression that it was, but I recently heard from a nutritionist that its not really.

I just read that it has a lower glycemic index - iow, the body processes it more slowly (good thing) so there's less of a sugar spike. On the chart I saw, iirc, it was closer to agave nectar (though higher) than it was to white sugar. (Can't promise that my source was the most reliable in the world.)
