It might be the very early stages of labor. What I suggest, take a nap. When the 'real thing' will start, it'll wake u up.

I hope it is not to late, but call your dr, and get yourself to the hospital. I had the exact symptoms you are describing, and it was actually the placenta starting to seperate. In order to avoid an emergency, go to the hospital NOW. I don't mean to scare you.

I was taken with Hatzala to the hospital when my contractions were only 7 minutes apart.
There is no textbook rule here. Call your Doctor!!!
