I'm thinking of giving out a role of sushi from a sushi store for mishloach manos. How should I present it? What else should I give with it?

I wouldn't give sushi because number one it is so expensive and number two Sushi has raw fish in it so I would be afraid it would go off while delivering and many people leave the mishloach manos on the tables and counters because purim is a hectic day. So the sushi would sit there and be tossed the end of the day.
