Emotionally that is. I'm feeling a bit blue.
See I went to do a tova for a friend; they are out of states and their house had some work, so I promised to go sweep up for them...It is no fun to come back to the workmens version of clean...anyway, I'm sweeping and I start to finding ole green eyes popping out.

They have a house. And they have had work done on the house. And a patio and and and....

We haven't bought yet and it makes me sad, though we might have a chance (pray for us please!!!)

Anyway... I need cheering up, and I thought it might be fun to read everyone's list of five things that made them happy today...

Anyone want to have a go?

green eyes are pretty dear ...

look I will pray for you ... some things come a little harder to others ... a house in time ... look at hers and think of the things you would like in your future home - try it from that angle

1 - snaked the bathtub
2 - took a shower
3 - didn't have a nervous breakdown
4 - slept like a baby
5 - I spoke to HindaRochel ... and she is sweet

1: I went to sleep early last night (8:30) and feel quite well rested today!
2: just for the record, I live in a tiny apt. forget about a house hahaha thats like a joke...! so cheer up hon
3: my baby is really happy at his babysitter B"H bli ayin hora!
4: the weather....! YUM

1. I just moved into a bigger apartment and I love opening my blinds every morning, as my previous home was a basement and I didnt have windows!
2. my son is happy playing with the kids I babysit
3. im working hard on the Imamother cookbook and seeing results!
4. I got another small part time job from a family member so im makin a lil extra cash
5. I got something nice for myself on ebay for 99 cents!

1) I got a call from a really sweet lady in the community inviting me to do something with her and making me feel part of the community.
2) I made yummy supper!
3) I bumped into MosheDovid'sMom
4) I had a really fun and thought provoking conversation with her
5) I'm socializing tonight!

I was told by one of the trainers at my gym that I look great and fit! That totally made my day.

I 'm not cooking supper for tonight, it's sandwiches and whatever else you can find in the fridge night.

Got myself invited out for both meals on shabbos, YAY more break from cooking.

And if I hadn't rested enough from cooking, also no cooking for Yom Tov, going to Florida!

I'm having a great day LOL

1) Worked out 40 min on the bike (first time I have been able to do that since I got sick right before Pesach)

2) took a walk w/ DS to story time

3)cuddled with my cuddle-bug

4)I hear the birds chirping outside my window

5) tomato plants are starting to blossom

6)Crossing Jordan series finale is on tonight (wait, that isnt a good thing)

wow when did you plant the tomtoes? my husband and I planted them last week, and nothign doing yet...we couldnt do it any earlier, cuz it was still cold here

I am happy with little things:

I didn’t have to wait long for the elevator in my building.
I got a seat on the train this morning.
The office wasn’t crazy busy today.
DD called me, happily, to tell me that she did well on a test today!
A lady asked my advice and actually seemed appreciative of my answer.

cm don't you find sometimes it's the small things that do so much?

1. seeing the kids interact together

2. I'm slowly getting into the groove of giving the babies sold foods and I'm excited I'm not having to use too many jars

3. I got the work I needed to get done for my somewhat demanding boss.

4. how beautiful is outside right now, all windy and surreal the start of those strange summer NY rainstorms when suddenly out of nowhere it gets dark and you just dream it's going to bring the temperature down by a few degrees. It's getting me into summer mode big time

Planted them about a month ago, from starters, not from seeds. only a few small flowers, although the plant doent look wonderful. plus, it is suppsoed to be cold nex few days so Im a bit worried

I went shopping for shoes last week and came home extremely annoyed that I still hadn't signed my credit card embarrassed

and the cashier wouldn't take it. Rolling Eyes

I forced myself to forget about it- hashgacha pratis..., went back Monday- they were 50% off!!!
Very Happy

(as to why I'm shopping in sefira... that's a different story. Confused
