Seriously, I told my husband with no school and financials loss of work I don't see how it makes sense to choose to get pregnant now . What do you think?

(1) finances are tight with my husband being on unpaid leave
(2) pregnant women are at higher risk so why bring yourself into that situation when the medical system is overwhelmed
(3) I can't imagine going through a 1st trimester with all the kids off from school
(4) regarding niddah a 3 month bcp can do the same

Well, too late for me! Going through all of the above at 6 weeks pregnant. Do you think Corona for a girl, Cory for a boy?

I think I’d rather to be pregnant now. Getting to be home during the first trimester what a dream Smile

Unfortunately, not pregnant yet. Have to go to the Mikvah next week. I’m so nervous.

We're trying to conceive now. I'm glad it's corona and not measles.

I expect this to last a few months. If I was ready otherwise to get pregnant now, this wouldn’t stop me. After things calm down there will be a favorable job market, so it wouldn’t be a financial decision for me.
There is no proof in either direction of increased complications for a pregnant woman. AFAIK, my kids may be back in school after Pesach.
I would not get pregnant only to avoid niddah in any other situation. I consider that very short sighted.

If I wasn’t pregnant right now I would def be on birth control. I don’t know if that’s the proper hashgafa but knowing that I’m bringing another baby into this crazy world is really scaring me.

I wish I was off bc. I have an appointment to get my IUD out at the end of the month, but my doctor is canceling all nonessential appointments, so it looks like I'm going to have to wait Sad Really too bad, because this is the perfect opportunity to ttc lol

Everyone is stuck at home with all their kids so I don’t know if it will be a huge surge. And I would consider pushing off ttc right now.

There are not enough pregnant people with corona to make a generalization. The scientists do not know.

My obgyn said with flu, pregnant ppl have increased risk for catching it and having complications.
It is logical to assume we are immunocompromised and stay home as much as we can, because better safe than sorry.

Haha nooooooooooooooo
I love my husband most when we each do our own thing in our own offices across town and meet up at night.
If we were stuck home together...oh boy. That's good enough BC LOL
