Actually, it’s because the women enticed the men to come back TO THEM. It was the men who separated from their wives, after amram separated from Yocheved, and the women brought them back.

I’m 10 weeks with a nine month old. It’s nice not to have to work. But no help and no family around with non stop nausea has not been fun!

I know s1 who's a nurse in the maternity ward and her husband a lawyer in the beth din rabbani in israel(where he deals with divorce cases)

He told her- "in 9 months from now, either you'll be very busy or I will.... Very Happy

The first mitzvah Hashem gave all humans is פרו ורבו. So if it meant homeschooling rather than paying day school tuition, moving to a cheaper community, taking a leap of emunah and saying 'Let Hashem figure out this crazy world- that's His work, not mine,' I would do it to bring more Jewish children into the world.

To those who feel their financial obligations are too much to bring more children into the world: perhaps you can move elsewhere, and homeschool, as yeshivah day school expenses are outrageous. We aren't meant to live crammed into megacities with modern materialistic lives anyway. And to those who say the world is too crazy: it's been a lot crazier with a lot less opportunity for most of human history.

I found out that I’m expecting before Corona.
But I have to say I love being pregnant especially now because we are sitting around a lot and I feel like I’m doing something even when I’m sitting at home and “wasting time”.
Really nobody is wasting any time, All Jews are being productive just by being alive as it’s a mitzva for a Jew to live.
But still makes me feel more ‘productive’.
