Is it true that to be a Title 1 teacher you no longer need a degree?

I’m a Title I teacher and definitely need a degree. It think being a tutor for Title I doesn’t require it and they pay you much less.

It's not true. You can 'tutor' or ' mentor' under Title 1 with just a high school diploma but it's less pay and some other differences obviously.
