Trying to keep it around 1600. I'm loosing around 4 lbs/ month and weaned my baby recently (It was around 1800 while nursing).

ruchel, with tyroid problem you have to cut calories and less complex carbs, I do 1200 cal and with a tyroid problem I managed to lose lots of weught

I'm suposed to be eating between 12-15 calories a day.
It didnt help me at all when I calculated them every time I ate tho bc I was eating junk but just counting calories.

How many calories are in a liter of chocolate milk, two slices of rich chocolate cake, three chocolate chip cookies (make that four), a cream dessert (with crumb topping), three slices of bread with butter, peanut butter and chocolate spread (on all of them)...

Did I reach 500 calories yet?

Eating under 1200 kal a day will most likely send your body into "starvation mode" and will make it retain body fat (since your body is trained to "conserve" in case of famine).

I went on to spark people and they recomended 1200-1550 a day in order to loose the last 6lbs I need to loose.
