To make a bracha? I.e. I bought 3 bags of Rhodes bread dough, so I know the weight, but I don't know how much flour was used. How much does it have to be to make a bracha? Or should I take challah without one?

Less than 2lb 11oz (1230g), don't separate and no bracha.
Between 2lb 11oz and 3lb 11oz(1666.6g), separate without bracha.
Above 3 lb 11oz, separate with bracha.

Please ask your LOR what rules you follow. Bhatzlocha!

UPDATE: Thanks for all the responses. DH looked it up on asktherav.com (Chabad) and it says that dough kneaded by a g*y doesn't need hafrasha.
