Looks like drain flies. Not fruit flies.

Those look like drian flies. This year Baz been crazy! Never ever had I had so many flies. Ever.
I wish I can exterminate against them like I do for the ticks and mosquitos. They are so so so annoying and disgusting flying into everything. Everywhere I go!

Buy something on Amazon to pour down the drains and kill drain flies and use it strictly every single night.
I just got rid of an infestation in my home bh that was going on for months.

Your itch could be psychosomatic, like when someone talks about lice...
We had flies that eat mold once. If it's them, they look like fruit flies, but are much dummer, and get killed easily.
Try boric acid to kill the mold, and bleach.

I bleached my drains last night but still have them in the bathroom. Won't be able to bleach tonight on shabbos. Will I?

They are swarming ants looking to mate. If you see one, you will see tons, they just keep coming. You must have an exterminator come ASAP and spray the entire floor.
They come in the spring or early summer. If you have this now that means you must use prevention for future years. But for now rush to get an exterminator down today. You won't be able to rid yourself of these on your own.

An exterminator would know the difference.
We had swarming ants.
The next year before spring I put out lots of Combat ant bate for prevention BH.
The year I didn't put it out early enough we needed the exterminator again.
