My teens I've been shooting t4 phrases. So curious what the source of T4 is as nothing comes up on Google but it sounds like more and more people are referencing to it

Basically they use it in instances where people are boasting indirectly about themselves
ex
When I woke 6:00 a.m. at vsikin yesterday I heard..

T4= therefore

As in "when I woke up 6 am for vasikin I saw the prettiest bird!"
response: "therefore...?"

T4 = therefore I’m cool or therefore I’m a tzaddik for waking up early or therefore I’m rich etc.

It’s a silent boast but not so silent because you’re saying t4

Haha. My teens use it too and I had no idea what it means and they couldn’t explain it to me either except they know in which context to use it. Thanks for the explanation!

Started hearing this years ago. I was explained that it started out meaning high income brag… in Canada a T4 is like an American W2. As in “it was so hard to fill out my T4 cuz I make so much money.”

But it also could be T4 means therefore, to show the reason for the statement. Like one real life example I heard “it’s so hard to decorate a brand new bungalow from far” (therefore I’m rich and have a new bungalow)

I hear it in teenage slang.
