I have a few business social media page and I do a fair amount of posts to get customer interaction, etc. There is one person who posts a negative reaction to everything I write. Would you block, ignore, or just politely respond ?

For a costomer, or real friend, contact privately to resolve

Yes, please delete them.
I normally really dislike when people keep on erasing comments just because they don’t like it/it doesn’t suit their agenda…etc
But this can affect your business. You definitely should
