Has anyone heard of a pill to make fasting easier?? Maybe a natual supplement? I brifely heard it mentioned once and since I am a horrible faster I was wondering if there really is such a thing or if it's too good to be true? Smile

there is I can't remember the brand name but I have bought it in hte past for DH he is an awful faster and since he started using them he hasnt been getting migraines on the fast - I would get such bad headaches that by the end of the fast he couldn't even eat - just sleep

I used TzomKal- my fast was very easy.
