Just went on the scale it said 181 LBS!!! I am so upset with myself! how did I let myself gain so much??? I was 150 lbs in August. I need help and motivation to stop eating whatever I want....
Please share your stories of weight loss and how you did so I can get in inspired and maybe get some ides of how to lose weight.

I just lost 7 kilo.
it takes a lot of hard work.
I went to a nutritionist and go to the gym.
at first the weight wasnt coming off as I wanted, but then I started to stick to the portion sizes and then it started to come off faster.
also do spinning 2x a week, weights 1 time a week and try to do elliptical.
its hard work. good luck.

write down everything you eat. if you have a smartphone or iphone you can download a food tracker that is very helpful. And cut in half portion sizes.
And weigh yourself weekly.
