My treadmill is broken Sad Until I get it fixed, I had to resort to DVDs. Do I get the same benefits?

I presume you mean dvd body workouts.... u probably benefit more from the cardio side of things than the running- thats why its always best to do both. So says my gym instructor.....

A treadmill only works the lower body. With dvds, although I don't know what you are doing, you will get more of a full body workout.

each lb of muscle burns 50 more calories than fat does. you want more muscle .
