Are there many people there waiting on line to meet him or only a few people? How does the whole process go, when you want into his office in the waiting area what happens? I am asking because I want to know what to expect when I go there.

I don't know how it works these days. He is very sick and my dh is taking it very hard. He gets traumatized when he sees him.
When I went to him last when he was still ok. there was no line but we waited around 30 min to enter. There are separate waiting areas for men and women.
