Fever at nite

My 8 year old daughter finished antibitoic last week for a uti. Since Friday nite she gets fevery and headache at nite . Goes to sleep and by day she's good. Called dr for appointment but they all booked for today. (Wanted to c specific dr) any ideas what this cud mean?

Op: did go to dr and it's uti!! Changed medication hopefully will b rite one
