bought this today at butcher. any good recipes out there? it should come out very soft.

I saute an onion, then add the flanken. when it is somewhat cooked, I add orange juice to cover and cook it till soft.

1 can of jellied cranberry and a packet of onion soup mix. bake it for a long time and the sauce is delicious!
