I baked at 350 and my kids ate them with spicy mayo and enjoyed them a lot.

We eat them as is. I make salad from it with cucumber Julien sliced and spicy mayo.

They sound like crab cakes. They taste amazing with dressing. (They make Kosher ones in Cleveland)

I dip them in bread crumbs on each side and lightly fry on each side for a minute or two, then serve with spicy mayo or plain. Cucumbers are a good side.
