Another infj here.

Just found this thread.

For me the answer is continued focus on self care. Get up an hour before the kids- this fills me with energy for the day ahead as I sit quietly with a coffee and a quiet house.

Do some yoga daily 25 minutes a day is Uber powerful.

Journal at least 10 minute a day.

Work in quieting the judging negative voice (such hard work Twisted Evil )

All these really helped me.

Loads of love to all tired moms!
