Is this because of teething?

My little boy is getting his molars!
He also has a fever, nappy rash - very usual for teething.
But is diarrhea also another symptom? Has ur child experienced this? How long did it last for?
Otherwise he's well hydrated and bh very happy and active even though not entirely himself...

Just wondering if it's a 'rush to the doctor' type of situation

I've heard diarrhea is also a symptom. as long as he's hydrated and it doesn't last more than 3-4 days, I'd say it's fine.

My little one also has loose stools by teething, not dihhrea per se, but definitely not normal.

I just make sure she's drinking a lot and change the diapers more frequently to help with the rash, which she gets as well.

Babies get diarrhoea when they are teething because they dribble and have alot of excess saliva, which they swallow, and subsequently they get a bit of a tummy ache.

my dd had diarrhea and vomited for a week. My mother kept telling me it's teething and I said "yeah right, she can't keep down any food." The doctor couldn't find anything wrong and then she sprouted two molars!

My19 months old son was sick with the flue, his molar that was trying for 2 months to come out, finally did, he got better, yet had a bad cold with bad cough. Just tonight he threw up, I am so worried, because he already is skinny, yet don't want to go to the doctor so fast again, did anyone else have something like this? Any advice?

if he's sick it could be that his tonsils are swollen and this could make him gag and throw up but you should still take him to a dr. just to be safe.
