This is how I make my chicken/turkey goulash.
ingredients
oil
onion
potatos
carrots
water
salt/spices
turkey/chicken
I saute onions until transparent and add the chicken for a while. At times (depending on my mood) I will sear the chicken first over high heat and then add to the sauteed onions. Add cubed potatos, grated carrots, salt, spices and water, bring to a boil and simmer for about 1 1/2 hrs until tender adding liquid when necessary.
