Hi
I get a really dry mouth and throat especially at night. I am dying to take a sip of water but cant get myself to come out of bed wash my hands, and take a drink. Anybody ever hear of some sort of heter to take small sip without beracha? Or say beracha without washing hands? Does it make a difference if Im nursing?

Yes, there was something my rav told me about drinking during the night. I dont want to post it here publicly but it definitely pays to ask your rav what to do.
