Mushroom barley soup, or add beef cubes for fleishig soup. can use as many mushrooms as you want!

Sautee mushrooms with onions on low for about 20 minutes till carmelized and soft. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Combine with cooked orzo or couscous. Serve with chicken.

Or - add chunks of chicken breast to mushroom/onion mixture and cook till just done. Serve over rice.

I've also seasoned with shwarma spice.
