Are there any rules about this shoe gemach? who is eligible to go? what kind of information do you need to provide to be able to go - and does anyone know how much the shoes cost?

There ismt usually someone there running it. It is completely an honor system. The shoes are beautiful and the selection is generous. However, the pricing is not so cheap. It’s around $45/50 for the fashionable shoes, and $25/30/35 for older styles. I have been there many times and have purchased beautiful things.
