The New York City Bar Association has released its evaluations of candidates running in the Sept. 18 Democratic primary elections for Kings County Surrogate and Civil Courts — five were approved, and one was denied.

Dov Hikind has a list of people vying for this position that HAVE BEEN APPROVED multiple times, by every Bar Association and legal screening panel in New York City, who have approached him many times.

I wonder why he chose Noach Dear? Please explain.
