I had really bad covid, was hospitalised, best thing you can do is spend as much time as possible on your stomache, all the nurses and drs were saying that...I spent 4 days in hospital on my stomache

Never heard of this. Just recovered from covid bh.
Can you elaborate? Why does this help? Laying on your stomach with head on pillows or flat? Trying to understand. Thanks.

It opens the airways and helps the lungs recover by getting in maximum oxygen

I heard this from an ER doc. He wished they knew this before they put ppl on ventilators in the beginning of covid.

Did you try albuterol in a nebulizer? It could open your air way even if you don't have asthma.

The zinc, vit c, quercetin or hydroxychloroquin are only effective during the first few days. I don't think it'll be helpful when someone is 5 days in and having difficulty breathing. Definitely reach out to your dr at this point.

Based on my research here are the best treatments for Covid:

1. Ivermectin - need a prescription. I believe American Frontline Doctors will prescribe
over the phone. ORDER IT NOW before you need it and keep it on hand so you
can start as soon as you have any symptoms or know you have been exposed.

2. Hydroxycloroquine or Quercitin - You need a prescription for HCQ but you can
buy the supplement Quercitin over the counter or online. Both of them help get
Zinc into the cell which stops the virus from replicating.

3. ZINC - More powerful if used together with HCQ or Quercitin. But you can
start taking this supplement daily as a preventative. Take NOW

4. Monoclonal Antibodies - this is an infusion given by IV. Find out NOW where you
can get.

5. Vitamin D - take NOW

6. Vitamin C - take NOW

7. Iodine - take NOW

8. A good multi vitamin/mineral - take NOW

9. An Antibiotic like Azythromicin - need a prescription

10. Buy a table top Nebulizer and inhale steam if you have signs of cold, flu or Covid.

Some recommend adding some Iodine or baking soda to the saline solution

11. Sleep upright in recliner or sleep on your stomach if you have Covid to
prevent pneumonia.
