A live attenuated vaccine like the MMR and chicken pox amongst others can shed in the first two weeks and may be dangerous to immune compromised individuals. Per CDC

I only start vaccines at 6 months when the baby starts eating solids.
My doctor once explained to me that the reason they give so many at such young ages is because when kids get older it's hard to get them to the doctors office..
Your baby should be fully immune from nursing.

Really don’t feel comf doing that. I would only want to go to my dr. I guess I want reassurance that it’s ok and I can wait another month.

Are you in New York? I'm pretty sure you can get it through the VFC program, Vaccines for Children. You dont need insurance for vaccines, and you should be able to get it at your doctor's office, but I may be wrong.
